Our efforts to end the war seem to have failed, so we are changing course. <RST> is an independent planet, one that is thriving. Emperor Sulieman has graciously allowed us to use this world as our base of operations, and a haven for Humanity. We feel that if we cannot save the galaxy, we will save a large enough portion of humanity and science to guide us through the Dark Age that lies ahead. We welcome all people of peace to come here and live in safety, for we are going to build a defense fleet for this world, capable of holding off all possible invaders.
